The advanced technology of powder injection moulding allows you to manufacture complex components cost-effectively for industrial use.

Since 1996 we have manufactured high-precision powder injection tools for this process.

Metal or ceramic powders are mixed with thermoplastic polymer (known as the binder) to form a homogeneous mixture of ingredients that is pelletized and injected into the tool by using pressure and heat.

The polymeric binder is removed from the green part by thermal heating or by a chemical process. The result is known as the brown part.

In the last stage of the process, the high density of the brown part is achieved. The sinter part can be directly used or further processed.
